Neo is primarily known for its low budget and good looking headsets. The Neo N003 Smartphone was first come into discussion at last month but now the company has officially unveiled it. Neo N003 has taken the title of world's cheapest 1080p Smartphone. You will be amazed to know about its specifications. The Smartphone is not only cheap but it has got some far decent specs than other smartphones of this price category. May be we might not seen this low budget device worldwide because at present it is destined for China only.
